PRICING

Prices listed on THE CLOW COMPANY’s website are displayed in Euros (€), including all taxes (TTC), based on the applicable VAT rate at the time of the order.
THE CLOW COMPANY reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice, particularly in response to tax or economic changes. However, the price applicable to the Buyer will be the one displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are not included in the product price. These fees depend on the weight of the order and the delivery destination and will be displayed in the cart before final order validation.

ORDER PROCESS

An order is only validated upon payment confirmation.
THE CLOW COMPANY reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if the Buyer has had a dispute over a previous purchase.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Orders are accepted while stocks last. Product availability is confirmed at the time of order validation.

The Buyer may then cancel the order and receive a full refund for the unavailable product.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer.
The Buyer must ensure that the delivery information is accurate and complete.
Once payment is received, products will be shipped via postal services within the estimated timeframe given at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

The delivery times indicated on the website are estimates based on average processing and shipping times.

Delivery Delays

THE CLOW COMPANY is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond its control.

Damaged Products

If the package arrives damaged (opened, missing items, broken products, etc.), the Buyer must notify the carrier and THE CLOW COMPANY within two (2) days of receiving the order.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
The Buyer authorizes THE CLOW COMPANY to charge their account for the order amount.

All transactions are 100% secure, and personal payment information is strictly protected.

OWNERSHIP TRANSFER

Ownership of the product is transferred to the Buyer upon full payment. The Buyer takes possession of the product upon delivery.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal applies only to individuals (not businesses).
The Buyer has 7 days from receiving the order to request a return without justification.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Returned items must be complete and in perfect condition. Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted.

Special orders and items purchased during direct sales events (pop-ups, fairs, etc.) are non-refundable, unless the product is defective.

Returns & Exchanges

Buyers must notify THE CLOW COMPANY via email (theclowcompany.contact@gmail.com) before returning a product.
The email subject should state "Product Return" and include the order number and whether the request is for an exchange or refund.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 days, excluding shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges are made at the Buyer’s risk, and the product must be returned in its original condition.

DATA PRIVACY

The Buyer has the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data in accordance with data protection laws.
